You need to let them know where you are staying, how many days it will be, the exact day of your wedding, and any other information they will need. In return they should let you know what airport they will be flying out of, and if they would like to room with any particular person while at the hotel. You of course don’t need to write all of this on the destination wedding invitation itself, but a follow up letter or as stated before, a personalized letter ahead of time will let them know of any pertinent information.
